Great sense of innovation, full of talented people, always pushing to develop new and exciting things. Great benefits, including pension, health insurance, etc. Pay higher than average compared to other jobs.

Cons

No internal development or progression. They actually have a team focused on career development and I attended several workshops about advocating/making the case for a new job title or promotion. But it never goes anywhere. I saw 10+ smart people leave in my final year purely out of boredom.
