Pros
Santa Monica If you are a clock puncher, this place is for you. The place empties out right at quitting time. If you are good looking female, chances are they will hire you and you will do well. CEO is known to date employees ( currently does). Great place to work if you are a yes man.
Cons
No vision, nothing exciting and innovating, executives sit in their offices and manage through their Directors who are children, complacent employees, favoritism especially if you are a pretty girl, huge pay gaps between the affiliate team and ad sales team (which is bragged about) , no career advancement opportunities, no HR management, they hire people with no experience so they don’t know what is acceptable in a workplace and also don’t push back because they don’t know any better, if you have a strong personality and speak up chances are you will be gone or quit.
