      Pros

      You get paid for what you do You make good friends that help you You learn a lot as they have much more projects You learn different techniques, you get trained first for the things you don't know Nobody asks you for how much time you take break if you're doing you work well

      Cons

      Your half salary gets deducted (one time)for security reasons You have to provide (uncashable) cheque of 3 lack rupees for security reasons You have to make contract and you can't leave the company for a standard probation period But the company can terminate you anytime they want without any notice without any reason If you argue any single one of the company's favourites, your game is over They're good people with some bad habits !!!

      Pros

      I still got paid regularly for this awful job. It's still good to have work experience in my resume because they'd never know how awful it was on the inside.

      Cons

      I wasn't able to cope with the demands of the job which was on the extreme end. It was borderline abusive because they'd ask us to work even when we were sick rather than making sure we get enough rest to recover. They're awful like that.
