Pros
Some of the best experiences in the industry were made here. There was lots of growth potential for driven employees in the past. The majority owner of the company is very accessible and listens to employees and customers. They were known as a very aggressive and innovative company.
Cons
The executive team appears to listen to employees and customers, but does what is best for them. They have become a "me too" company. No innovation, just copying who they identify as a competitor. The rewards are all fluff. Lots of complimentary talk if you do a good job, but it has no teeth. The sales department is the only division that reaps any benefits of tireless work. Management can't keep good employees. Outside of some long term sales people, they no longer have any departments with real tenure. Most of the stars have left the company to go elsewhere. The head of sales is known for getting new employees, giving them impossible tasks, not supporting them to succeed, and then firing them. That is bad enough, but then they try to enforce a non-compete if someone tries to go back and work where they came from.
