Pros

There are not very many pros to list other than you can work online from home

Cons

Too many to list, but I will list the most important... -Special education laws are constantly being broken (i.e., over caseload, support staff not provided, support services not provided) -You are treated like a machine and not a living, breathing human being with feelings -No support from upper management (including the director) :/ In turn, it sets people up for failure -Teachers get blamed for things that go wrong when adequate support is not provided in the first place -Employees constantly being threatened with their jobs if they don't follow the expectations or address their concerns (If you speak up/give a suggestion, you get threatened with your job) -Low pay -NO BENEFITS -You are disrespected and degraded as a professional -Little to no time off (even have to work Saturdays; also there are no school breaks and you even have to work on holidays like New Year's Eve) -You will be expected to do the job of four people

Pros

Lesson Planning somewhat easy after you become familiar with the program.

Cons

Corporate is too focused on awarding standards, not too concerned with actual teaching. Programs repetitive, not challenging.
