      Not Worth the Stress

      Decent pay with good benefits.

      Cons

      Stressful for leasing consultants because units are never ready on time. It was embarrassing to have to tell your future resident that they can’t move in on the date they wanted and that was presented, initially. Approval process was overly complicated.
