You stop being a human because all they see is something they can exploit, you get completely dehumanized
Cons
Everything, honestly AVOID THEM, don't work with them, they won't care about you They don't have benefits They don't have sick days They don't have holidays They don't have any sort of empathy for their workers What they do have is a sense of highness, like they are hiring you only to do you a favor, as if you're not doing anything DON'T WORK WITH THEM!!!
