      Very Disappointing Creative Leadership

      Pros

      Working from home was nice, although not particularly unique in a post-Covid job market for this profession.

      Cons

      Snake-like, shady creative department with a chaotic work flow. If you're going to work here, do so with the intention of getting their client's names in your portfolio and then moving on.

      Uhhhh...they can give you exposure to some big clients.

      Cons

      Extremely catty, shady culture. People will judge you for asking questions in your first few months - I was warned that questions made me look "dumb" and would "trigger" the tempers of my colleagues. I'm not kidding.

      Cons

      Role and compensation is heavily dependent on your peers. Advanced growth seems to be drawn out in order to cater to senior persons and their faults.
