Finish early on Fridays and work alongside good people

Cons

Company vans have cameras that record in the cab. They watch the cameras and pull people into office for disciplinary. Management lack technical knowledge and are stubborn and dont listen to advice. Health and safety daft wrapped up in cotton wool whilst client only have to wear high vis.

Work can be dynamic so always something new to work on. Generally good hard working people to work with.

Cons

Company has no trust in their employees tracking everything they do. Vans are fitted with driver facing cameras which alarm if you take your hands off the wheel or look the other way. Recordings are uploaded to the cloud for management to view. Work mobile phones are tracked, locked down and they can record audio from your phone. Clocking in and out on company app which of course is GPS and time tracked. This is the world we are now living in.

Not a good a company to work. Fake positive comments exists here cause management ask people to do so.

Stressful Blame Culture No diversity respect (during covid and since I was in furlough, the made me use 10 of my holidays and when I asked my line manager that I do not use holidays for actual holidays but for days to go home and visit my family as I am foreign, I had been told that this is the company's policy). Fake promises to keep you. Management is poor and always look to blame people on ground. Poor communication between departments that causes serious problems. Loads of workload. Really I could write pages more here.
