      Pros

      I’ve been working here for the past two years, and it’s been a great journey so far. Best part about being here is the opportunity to get involved in almost every aspect of our tech and data ecosystem. As a Data Analyst, I’ve had the chance to work closely with both the tech and business sides, which has really helped me expand my skills beyond typical data analysis, learning about product design, process automation, and data-driven decision-making.

      Work can get quite fast-paced at times, but that’s part of the excitement!

      Pros

      Work actually gets noticed. Learning from doing many things then just a small portion. Management asks to experiment and learn, everyone is open to ideas and helps. It feels good when your contribution is appreciated.

      Cons

      Its fast paced environment, so remote doesn’t mean sitting in a mall. not spending 3 hours in traffic and train everyday is a relief, honestly can’t imagine going back to that.

      Sometimes communication can be slow due to remote setup, but overall the team is helpful and responsive.
