      Pros

      Worst company ever to work for. The only thing they care about our their bonuses and vacations. Save yourself the frustration. Work somewhere else!

      Cons

      Verbal abuse, backstabbing, managers placing the blame on you when they are the one that made the mistake. Favoritism, racism, ridiculous low raises. Should I continue?

      WM is a huge company so the benefits are decent- 401k match, employee stock program

      Cons

      No structure. Everyone has their own way of doing things. Lack of leadership and no growth opportunities
