Friendly coworkers, small company feel. Good solid benefits. My managers were good.
Cons
Technology is not cutting edge, which is expected in the non-profit sector. Pay is a little less than industry standards.

Pros
Department Heads and Teams genuinely care about their employees and strive for mutual success & collaboration. Felt appreciated, valued and that my work efforts were recognized and praised. Many staff are long-timers, and it's easy to see why people stay with WSIPC.
Cons
The budgetary cuts after the pandemic affected my layoff as one of the few part-time employees.
