Friendly coworkers, fun events, dog friendly office.
Cons
Every day is the same, burnout at the end of the week, the work isn’t hard but it’s so mentally draining at the same time, no way to move up in the company.
The people I work with are generally all great. There is a good variety of work to keep you from getting bored doing the same thing day after day. Flexibility to work from home is a huge plus.
Cons
Professional development for mid-level staff members is all but non-existent. Upper management does not seem motivated to train up junior or mid-level staff members to become project managers, especially in discipline groups with fewer staff. Stagnation of professional growth is a serious con which explains turnover of entry-level staff and others such as myself questioning how long I want to continue working here.
