      Toxic culture. Run by some very toxic women.

      Pros

      Honestly, the people on the ground, the players and physios, the tour staff, they were all wonderful people.

      Cons

      The HR department is a complete sham. Those in charge have simply no idea what goes on on the actual tour and you’re treated like a work horse, often working 18 hour days.

      Road staff hugely undervalued and under appreciated Terrible HR department Crazy hours with very little paid back in lieu Onboarding and mentoring process severely lacking

      Thrown into the fire...for good or bad

      Pros

      They tend to hire people too junior in experience for the roles they are given. But with this, it is an amazing opportunity to take hold and experience a lot of career growth very quickly. "Trial by fire" If you come out on top, you really are quite far ahead of your peers with experience.

      Cons

      Same as pro...they tend to hire people too junior in experience for their roles. This can lead to anxiety and burn out. Additionally you end up doing work you should be paid more for if you were in any other company (even another sports organization).
