No sense of vision and purpose

Pros

The company used to be really god an year back. The work life balance was the best in the entire NCR. The kind of work offered was really challenging and the product looked really promising

Cons

They have changed the managment and now the company seems to be all dumb There is no job security here, they are hiring without any purpose. The company is on a verge to shut down, The entire senior management of India office was fired just to promote one idiot whose selfish goals have already destroyed the companies image to its customers. Don't understand are these idiots making decision on cocaine !

Pros

Snacks, Big office, TT Area. Some very good senior developers

Cons

The company once had a very good edge over their product, technology stack and team. The overall office culture was great. It had perfect work life balance, work and plenty of employee welfare activities. But now it is losing its edge because of Incompetent, Unprofessional, Unethical Local Management. There is very less work to do as there are no new projects. Just maintenance/defect fixing work. Those who used to drive and bring in new technologies are gone/fired. The donkeys are given role of leading technology who have nothing to do with technology. Yet the Flexibility has been taken off. WFH is reduced from 3 to 1 per month. Whether you have work or not you have to be in office in fixed timelines. You have to be on your seat all the time. Your in/out punching will be monitored every time. The local management spy on employees. The laptops are remotely monitored, videos of employees are taken. Most likely the friendly guy talking to you is a sycophant spying on you. It feels like you are fixed time contractual worker or in a prison. Everything is happening except good technical work and the local management has no intent or competency to drive the team be it technical or management. All the time it thinks of is personal grudges, travels and who to fire next. Now there is only one culture....Sycophant Culture. Everyone is competing to be biggest sycophant. Truely said, the atmosphere you build around is a reflection of yourself.

All the above mentioned fake and imaginative information is again posted by same alumni member who got terminated and now trying to disgrace organisation's goodwill. The management is closely aligned with the employees’ welfare. Feedback system is robust and transparent at all times. We strongly believe in employee and employer privacy. Any breech in this regards is strongly dealt with. We would like to reiterate the fact that WDTS is a solid believer of performance and hard work. We have a strong employee base who are working with us since long and putting their hard efforts in achieving mutual goals. As far as amount of work is concerned the team is engaged at all times with quality work. We are very proud that our entire workforce appreciates the transparency, fair work practices and we specifically care about non-biasness. There is Open culture in WDTS where anybody can reach out to management for any concerns and anyone putting in hard work and efforts flourishes and rewarded time to time. Again, we feel sorry that your efforts of damaging Company's goodwill and values through concocted and fabricated comments are very much going in Vain. All the best for your future endeavours.

Small Company, Short Term Goals, Visionless

Pros

If your skill sets are inline with the short term goals of company then whether you are interview candidate or current employee, you can get double triple salary/ promotion. They will hire you at any cost. If you know flattering skills then you are AWESOME. Just lick executive leadership and you can be at least VP.

Cons

This is a very small company with very short term goals. It has leadership debt of at least 2.5 years. They have no sense of how to run the organisation. They do not have any long term vision. They keep planning and planning and replanning. They can not hold on their plan for even 30 days. When they get some work they immediately start hiring. But then due to lack of leadership they mess up, take desperate measures like firing employees, changes in delivery models, changing the leadership, blaming previous management for their own failures. These short sightedness does not allow the company to grow due to which employee's are fired, their careers are spoiled.
