Pros
If you like tradition that is unchanging and a small community, this is the place for you. The people love their small community and there is a lot of traditions that have been engrained over the years.
Cons
They believe that they are a welcoming church when they are not unless you are already part of the welcomed group. They don't follow leadership unless leadership does what they want them to do. Unless they are willing to embrace change they will not grow and eventually die.
