Pros

Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

Cons

Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.

Pros

The people at Walser are amazing to work with and truly care about each individual employee. The team environment is supportive, collaborative, and makes coming to work enjoyable every day.

Cons

A fast-paced environment can be challenging at times, especially during prep for the beginning of the month, but it also helps you grow and learn quickly.
