I had the pleasure of meeting some great people along the way
Cons
The owner Bob Bayer is a horrible person to work for he demoted me from a manager position to a sales position after I came back from a motorcycle accident i had. He also micromanaged to an extreme!!

Teamwork-work together as a family- great family- work balance good managers and owner knows you by name which is nice
Cons
Would rather have a payplan with a base and commission but the percentage is above standards
