All employees are overworked and underappreciated. Nepitism is a serious issue; allowing employees who are hurting the work of other coworkers to stay can be expected. While they promote having great company culture they make employees feel wrong for taking advantage of their benefits. Sadly the community they create at their events does not translate to their working environment. Their human resource department is laughable. Do not expect things to change while they are there. You will not be heard or taken care of. They actively work against you and are not educated on current laws. While management puts on a show that they are transparent with the financial status of the company they are not. There is actually very little transparency or communication throughout the company.

1. Management. I don't doubt the exec team is well-intentioned, but they're not good managers, and they're not good at managing a company. 2. Job descriptions aren't real—you'll never really know what your role is. 3. If you think you know what your role is, you won't given the tools or the space to do it well. 4. If you do manage to do your job well, you won't be acknowledged for it—financially or otherwise. 5. It's easy to get so sucked into the mission that you don't realize you're being breadcrumbed and gaslit. 6. The mission, while strong at the events, isn't reflected in company culture. 7. Nepotism is strong.
