      Pros

      Great atmosphere to work in! WARC is great at recruiting smart and entrepreneurial, as well as incredibly kind people. There’s a strong sense of team-spirit and you have all the support you need from your line-manager and colleagues if you’re facing a tough task or you want to learn something new - you just have to ask. WARC is part of a larger organisation, Ascential, and this offers more opportunities for internal career progression and support for employees.

      Cons

      There’s high pressure to perform well and hit targets. So if you’re not keen on your performance being constantly reviewed, this would not be the place for you.

      Pros

      WARC is a rare gem, in that the needs of the company are well balanced with employee well-being. The result is a business that works, and works well, with employees that are happy to come to work and genuinely want to drive things forward. - Good, friendly and intelligent people at every level - Achievable workloads - challenging, but ultimately designed for you to succeed - Great management - Lots of support and training

      Cons

      Strange to say, but there really aren't any overt cons. It's a smaller company, so obviously opportunities to progress are fewer... but then again many have progressed. Any many employees have been here for 5 years +, which is testament to the culture really.
