      Pros

      This job pays just above minimum wage. Great opportunity at this position, as you can work an office job even if you are a dropout, as I found out my coworkers were.

      Cons

      *You don't get full medical/dental/eye coverage. What's the point of being employed full time? *Basically a customer support/call center job but worse. *Need to own a vehicle to get this job. You will not be fairly compensated or supplied a company vehicle to go inspect waste. *Job can be done remotely but management won't change, unlike the other waste management companies in the area. *No potential for growth, office culture is toxic, you will be fired without reason

      There is a taco restaurant nearby

      Cons

      High turnover, management does not try to interact or be helpful to the rest of the office. Everyone is only nice at first but by the second week it’s all downhill.

      People quitting on my first week

      Pros

      Nice people training you and were very helpful when I had any questions.

      Cons

      People seem to quit often and I could tell why. On my first week a few people quit. Seems like the managers all sit in a different floor and don't know what their people do. There is no positive reinforcement and no sense of team work. The office is dark and sad to walk into.
