Casual dress, clean restrooms. Good HR department

Cons

Low salary, incompetent leaders. Not forthcoming when disclosing high turnover rate in marketing department.

Pros

I have made some lifelong friends that I would have never known. Each office has their own personality and leadership, so much variety makes for a unique experience for all. Encourages team building events and used to have an amazing Christmas party.

Cons

Not necessarily a con for everyone but they are an industrial design firm at heart, although they say they do other sectors they dont properly invest in doing them the right way. Uphill battle for real opportunities for women. The new leadership wave has different priorities and employees is not one of them.

Pros

Supportive management. It mentors, promotes, recognizes achievement, infuses pride. It factually practices open door attitude and pays great tribute to employees who reach milestones. Technically advanced and well organized. You may work remotely.

Cons

Excessive long working hours due to abundance of work. Though, management is hiring to improve the situation. I wish some software was acquired to ease my job and outside training was offered.
