Pros

Great culture, great people, great benefits, and great work-life balance.

Cons

It sometimes feels like a risky environment, since it's a startup; the cons of that are that we never know what tomorrow holds.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience at Warmly. We are thrilled to hear that you’re enjoying the culture and the people here. Those are the things we work hardest to protect as we grow. It’s also great to know that our benefits and commitment to work-life balance are hitting the mark for you! We also hear you on the "startup risk" factor. We know that the fast-paced, ever-changing nature of a startup can feel a bit like a rollercoaster sometimes. Please know that we are committed to transparency and keeping the team informed as we build our future together. We’re grateful to have people like you on this journey with us.

Pros

Warmly gives you real ownership and trusts you to run with big projects. The team is small enough that your work has a clear impact, and leadership is open to feedback that actually gets implemented. The culture feels genuinely supportive, people are kind, and cross-team communication is easy. You learn a ton by working closely with product, sales, and founders.

Cons

It is a startup, so priorities shift quickly and you need to stay flexible. Processes are still being built which can feel messy at times. Resources are limited compared to larger companies, so you figure out a lot on your own.

Reading this made our day. We’re big believers in giving people the keys and letting them run, so it’s great to hear that you’re feeling that ownership and seeing your impact across the team. We also definitely hear you on the messy side of things. Building the plane while flying it is a real thing, and we know that shifting priorities can be a lot to handle. We’re working hard on tightening up those processes so things feel a bit smoother as we grow. Thanks for keeping us on our toes and for the trust!

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We’re glad the remote flexibility and the team made a positive impact during your time here. We definitely recognize that the startup phase can lead to long days and some growing pains as strategies evolve. We’re constantly working on finding that balance between moving fast and making sure the team feels supported along the way. We appreciate your contributions to Warmly and wish you the best of luck in your next role!
