Relaxed, easy jobs, used to have many nice warm peoples. Good work life balance.
Cons
There is still one BAME and no women representation at senior management level. People in the higher positions keep choosing not to change. It makes NO challenges in your job. Keep getting a wrong person, and it makes good people leave. After getting a new boss many people has left the team because the team members became like a baby sister for him, he didn’t have a relevant experience, leadership, but had bad attitudes.
