Thank you for taking the time to write a review.
We are currently working on bringing all our sites into alignment so everyone is working together within the same frameworks. This should in turn help with communication.
If you join at a junior level and show the right attitude and willingness to learn, the company definitely recognises good staff and makes an effort to retain and develop you in your career path. Directors/CEO are quite accommodating for any changes you may want in your working arrangements for personal reasons. Enjoyable social events, including the part subsidised annual trip abroad. The company has also navigated the covid-19 pandemic very well.
Cons
Pay levels are average. Certainly improving, but unlikely to be at the upper end of the pay spectrum for your role. Annual Bonuses are very small in comparison to other sectors.
