      Pros

      - Very interesting work - Generous compensation/stock plan - Good employee cameraderie - Remote work for tech/admin roles - If you can get hired to be in senior leadership it's an amazing gig

      Cons

      - Very top-down, mid-level employees have little autonomy + promotion opportunity for their rank - Silos between teams - doesn't know if it's a tech company or a logistics company, each side loathes dealing with the other - Company values are not consistent, sometimes come secondary to commercial performance - Certain roles are very high-pressure / way overworked and not much being done to address it

      No pros as such. A set example of how a company should not be run

      Cons

      Poor strategy and execution. Always covering up bad strategy by blame shifting employees at lower level. Early stock hunters took higher positions and always tinkering with bad plans. Overall a good company with good objective going down due to bad planning and execution 0 work life balance . 24 hr online presence expected with unreasonable deadlines
