      The team are friendly and it's a fun place to work

      Pros

      The team are very close and look out for one another. The CEO has vision and does a great job at keeping things informal but professional. Working hours are flexible. Office space is open and light but still has places to focus on work.

      Cons

      No on-site parking. Sometimes the location can be noisy (central Reading)
