Pros

The food and facilities were great until covid19. Most of the people are nice and friendly.

Cons

Because of Google's HR structure, everyone wants to be a manager to get a good perf. No one is actually thinking about the bigger picture, becoming small office heads. Micromanagement, no flexability, not encouraging creativity. Responsibilities are given to ppl regardless of skills, based on nepotism and friendships.

Pros

Belong to Google so you benefit from the premises and perks.

Cons

If you think this is Google you are wrong! This is a sub company with their own work culture and they suck!!! This company values people by their personal interest and not professionally. No trust among co-workers because you don't know who will stab you in the back. There is no culture of recognition. Worst HR ever, all they care about is senior management and totally turn a bling eye on those who need their assistance.

Pros

Google campus and perks, you MAY get to work with talented people, free gourmet food, a line in your CV

Cons

The people. Lack of soft skills. Unprofessional gossip and judgement about everyone's achievements and if other people are getting more perks than you, like they decide if you deserve to be there. Coworkers that will step on your back to get ahead and blame you for their own faults. Information hoarding. Some team leaders that compete with employees under them instead of empowering them. It felt like the processes of a startup with the extra beaurecracy and rules of a corporation. No path to convert to FTE. Your success depends on your manager, how much they care about your success vs. their own and if they like you personally. You should hope you don't have any HR problem. While I'm glad for the opportunity and don't regret the experience, you could say some people went out of their way to ruin it for me. Their attitude and behavior overshadowed all the good, effectively spoiling it. It was a disappointing experience and I had high hopes. This review is my opinion and should not be taken as a fact.
