Pros
Even if you don't know anything about cars, you can get a job here and become a skilled inspector/negotiator. Little to no bureaucracy. Treadmill desks optional. Mobile inspectors get to drive around and meet new people all day. Very stable company for the last 35 years, even with phenomenal growth last six years.
Cons
If you don't enjoy negotiating, and don't like a fast-paced, intense sales environment, it's probably not your style. As a rapidly growing small company, benefits are non-existent. I'm sure benefits will change eventually, but it will always remain a fast-paced intense sales environment.
