Pros

They don't mind if you're late to work, and they're flexible with appointments and days off.

Cons

The plant manager (Toby) does not know how to treat people, and he's bad at running the operations. He will micromanage you to death, and make you hate your job. He enables the politics that exist there, which gives people the opportunity to directly impact other people's jobs, even when they're not in the position to. Some days he is fine and other he comes in to work mad and ruins everyone's day over nothing. The benefits are terrible, and you only get mediocre healthcare after 90 days. No other benefits apply, including the 1 week of PTO you get, until after you're there for a year. They will pay you very little, and expect you to deal with the absolute chaos that is "weathergard windows" Take my advice and stay away. This is the absolute worst place I've ever worked.

Pros

The data entry team was very supportive and had great chemistry. They did let me come in early and leave early so I could get my kid from school.

Cons

My 2nd week they fired two people after hiring me in to expand. There was no write ups there was no reason… I was write. Up on a pip before I was let go but was let go 2 weeks into my 4 week probation period. There is a back log of your work gets reviewed by owners. Folders get to their desk and stay there for months. It’s slows things down. Their sales reps aren’t taught regulations and if it delays orders. You can out at 1 week sick leave/ vacation time. The CEO is crass
