I worked at Weatherford full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Provides a lot of flexibility and a better work-life balance compared to competitors. Has a supportive culture and many opportunities to learn-by-doing. Offers chance to self-develop and grow at desired pace. International presence and global opportunities.

    Cons

Training programmes are not as structured when compared to competitors. More of an industry downturn therefore affecting a lot of cuts and changes in benefits and compensations.
