      Be careful what DC Manager you are under!

      Pros

      Management is great depending on the location. Company has great intentions and promote internally.

      Cons

      Departments within the office and admin are quick to throw people under the bus. You always have to watch your back and send emails to protect yourself. DC Manager I was under had two ops supervisors that went on stress leave! Within my first two months as a supervisor I was headed in the same direction. I went to HR and NOTHING was done! Luckily I was offered another job by a former (different company) boss of mine and took it.

      Pros

      -Working as part of a team & by yourself. -Traveling to different warehouse locations -Re-imbursed mileage -Weekly pay

      Cons

      -As the only level 2 technician was not given an office. Open air cubicle. -Projects often change or get cancelled last minute -Required to have your own transportation -Required to work on-site & given a hard time if try to perform work from home remotely, even if the workload for that day is just tickets. -Management acts too much like your friend not like your manager.
