I feel like we have tackled most issues that have come up in our last reviews, we are constantly trying to implement positive initiatives and actively invest in our staff, however there are still the basic problems such as language diversity where it can sometimes be uncomfortable when you don't speak the language. They have started hiring a more diverse team however the originals that are still here are still in habit of speaking Italian with each other majority of the time.
I.T are trying very hard to improve the infrastructure and update softwares this is still a work in progress, which means quite a few I.T issues that take the MSP's quite a long time to sort over the phone until it eventually gets escalated. But when it does get escalated its dealt with, so it might just be the call centre.
