Management is incredible! Always willing to assist in any way and have helped me develop into such a better analyst. The hybrid work schedule is great for finding the perfect work/life balance.

Cons

There are no cons within the commercial credit department. All cons within the work day come from outside of the department e.g. late financial reporting and waiting for responses.
