      Pros

      Family owned business. Very ethical and green thinking. Some great high quality products, being sold into a very wide range of markets. A strong lean towards internal promotion and advancement.

      Cons

      Used to be a little hierarchical, but this has changed for the better in recent years.

      Pay is ok, fellow colleagues are great, facilities are nice.

      Cons

      Upper management adopt the trump method, ask for opinions but never actually consider them, micro manage to death and carry grudges against staff that don't fully adopt the sycophant attitude they desire.
