      Great benefits, decent compensation, auto allowance

      Cons

      Poor Training, Lotus notes, really!!!, lack of mentoring, micro management, beyond heavy workload, poor work life balance expectation, inequality in the workplace.

      Great benefits. Most of the people here are extremely friendly (those whom have been here forever).

      Cons

      There are a few bad apples in management... And I'm not exactly sure what some of the people in property management do.
