      Pros

      Structured like a bigger company with pretty decent benefits & salaries. They match 401(k). Business depends a lot on your manager's ability to bring in clients.

      Cons

      Leadership does not delegate any core responsibilities to young team members. Not a lot of room for growth unless you plan on spending your entire career there.
