Pros

Great team, previous Managing Partner amazing. Micheal Burch was a great Managing Partner, Jim is fake and not genuine.

Cons

New Managing Partner changing landscape of company from being a family to true corporate mentality. Grow and work employees to exhaustion and treat them like they are not worthy. Work there and be treated like you are "only and admin". Pay is very low for the work being done. Administrative jobs are not truly Administrative, they are account management. Benefits are pathetic. No pension available until employed 5 years.

Pros

They're a bit better than the average accounting firm, which isn't saying much for that industry. You will get better experience than with larger accounting firms, but have to switch to another employer in order to realize a financial benefit from that. Being a smaller firm, employees have more leverage to negotiate for better salary.

Cons

You will be expected to pay out of pocket to travel to distant client sites, which can cost hundreds of dollars per week. Compensation is meager for extremely demanding hours work. Very easy to feel like a cog in a machine, administration not aware of issues of employees.
