Communication and follow through. There are people on both the sales side and operations side that frankly shouldn’t be earning what they do. They don’t do work or bring in deals from leads that do not help the clients. They do not relay the deals will not work but do not care because they still have the company paying them salary as well as bonus and expenses. We have brokers that do not work, but earn a hearty salary. But the sales team has to struggle to keep afloat. They also expect the employees to perform at a level that is not logical. Especially for those who ha e to fight to get raises. In the three years I’ve been with this company, every time I asked for a raise it was rebutted and also not approached with the feeling of value and worth.
