I really enjoyed being a part of a cohesive team- all the case managers I worked with were capable and really good at their job. The company gave great benefits (free therapy weekly, best medical benefits I've seen in the field, etc.) and seemed to truly care about you (mental health days, great PTO).

Cons

This job will always have difficult parts, but that is just a part of being in the system and working with humans. I found the difficult parts came with the territory, and wasn't necessarily indicative of the company.
