Pros
"Boots on the ground" staff such as Feild engineers, workshop techs and logistics staff all build a strong sence of comradery due to the working conditions imposed on them.
Cons
Members of staff that have been at the company since the early years of its growth have unfortunately stuck around far too long. Its assumed by most of those I've spoken to on the matter, these "senior" members of staff have come to the realisation they dont have the skill sets required at larger companies and have created niches within welltec. Its also worth noting, as an unwritten rule within the company, career progression is extremely unlikely unless you wish to train as a Feild Engineer.
