Flexible hybrid working Exposure to multiple markets and nationalities

Average compensation packages Welocalize Leadership don’t understand digital marketing Welocalize Chief Customer officer has zero empathy and interest for employees and demonstrates poor leadership skills and lack of understanding in marketing Over reliance of freelancers and agile structure for translation projects that doesn’t deliver for many clients and cause unnecessary problems

Pros

Not many pros really; just maybe the people who try to hold together a company that fails them every single day.

Cons

There is no real structure and it's sad to see that Welocalize pretend to be a company that cares for their employees when really all they care about is how to cut corners in quality and deliverables to save cost and save face for their private equity investors. I hope you don't have to waste any time there.

toxic culture from one end to another, no respect for UK employment law, pay at the lower end, you'll get more money elsewhere
