      Amazing company, but some problems

      Pros

      The work Wesley Mission does is undeniably great. They help so many people and being a part of that is truly wonderful.

      Cons

      Considering how many people are in the Marketing dept, there is a big flaw in workflow and communications. Lots of politics, can be very catty. You don't always feel you're listened to. Very little recognition if you do achieve anything.
