      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Abusive CEO, cursed me out without getting the whole story. Only cares about the dollars, not workers. Refuses to provide an accurate W-2, left off a large amount. Likely did not pay the taxes. Supported by documentation.

      Leadership is very transparent about defining culture with strong values. Everyone pulls their weight. Highly autonomous.

      Gratification/job fulfillment is highly delayed because of how slow government customers operate.
