Pros

You will get to work with amazing people but wait... most of them already resigned and the rest are already serving their notice period. So, no pros left to join this company.

Cons

Want to enjoy your weekend? You can’t! Well, there is nothing like a weekend here, you will be only left with a Sunday and I am pretty sure someone will assign you some task to ruin it completely. (QA team... ahem ahem) Want to learn new things? Keep quiet and just do the tasks because nobody cares about your personal growth. Use the already existing suboptimal solution and get things done. Want to take leaves for some urgent personal work? Although the company has unlimited leaves policy but I have heard from people, especially in Android team, getting texts from the manager questioning their integrity, also he keeps a track of the leaves and use it as a weapon when it comes to demotivating. On the other hand, he himself takes leaves on the last moment saying "can’t available". The culture has become so toxic because of those 4 upper management people, who take ALL the decisions. They have lack of trust on their employees except for some of their favourites (full power favouritism, bruh). Just some simple questions for those 4 people, when most of the employees were complaining about the culture and delayed appraisals, what exactly were you doing? Where was your transparency at that time? Lastly, why were you lying to everyone about the 10x growth when you yourself were so lost?

Pros

- Please talk to ex employees on LinkedIn before joining. (I am pretty sure that you won't find any one positive feedback) - all +ve feedback on Glassdoor are written by upper management or chatu employees.

Cons

- you will get chance to forget about your friends, family, holidays. (There will be only work in life) - all good people's left the company so you will be best now. (andho main kana raja) - chatoge to bhut aage bdhoge yha pe. (7 din ghisne se kuchh nhi milna)

Pros

1. If you can be a slave then it's a perfect place for you. 2. If you can be a Chaatu employee then your skills and eligibility don't matter you can also survive here. There are a lot of people like this in the tech team. They are surviving well.

Cons

No work-life balance Saturday is a working day officially Sunday is also a working day unofficially. Zero Professionalism. Toxic work environment. They create unnecessary work pressure. People are so underpaid here even a 100% hike is nothing as compared to their market standard. They usually delay appraisal by 5 months at least. They won't retain you but they can hire someone with a double salary. Have you watched The Family Man? If not, then please watch it first. All the tech founders/managers are exactly like the IT manager shown in this web series. Don't be a minimum guy. Let me modify this statement for Wheelseye. Don't be a 100% guy, give let's say 500%. After listening to this, all mathematicians want to know their address. They will ask you to work for 24x7 in the name of 10X growth(Dude we are not kids and understand the idea behind the 10X growth). All tech founding members are not friendly. You can't question them or their process, if you do then you are on their target list. They will always find a way to make you feel guilty that you are not doing enough. They can even put you on PIP without even telling you clearly. Everything is P0(highest priority) for them. First, they will ask you to work 24x7 bcoz it's P0 for them and it's not even P10 in reality. Ohh man if a feature fails then they will blame you or the WFH concept. That's why they have removed WFH completely. If you can't come to the office then you will have to resign otherwise they will make your life hell or may fire you. They are so arrogant, rude, and egoistic that they will even ask you to come to the office just to have a general one-on-one meeting. They are shameless. They literally don't care about Corona and it's a joke for them. Companies like Wheelseye are one of the biggest reasons for the 2nd wave of the Corona in India. They forced and are still forcing people to come to the office. This company is running only bcoz of the poor employees who can't afford to lose their job. They fully take the advantage of those people. According to all tech founding members, you can't have any personal time and Wheelseye should be everything in your life (Wheelseye should be your Mom, Dad, Brother, Sister, Wife, Kids, etc). If you are a Wheelseye employee then you are not allowed to have a life outside Wheelseye. Advice for Wheelseye: 1. Remove all tech founding members from the managerial or head positions and hire new managers for the tech team. Move them to ops-team. I'm sure they can perform well there as per their skills and slavery mindset. 2. Call only required and bare minimum people to come to the office otherwise you are just spreading Corona bcoz of your sick mindset. I'm not sure about the other team but the Tech team is literally not required in Office. 3. There is a guy in founding team who observes all tech employees activities like how many times people are going to washroom, how many and long tea-sutta/lunch breaks people are taking. Stop it dude otherwise, you seriously need to visit a doctor. Advice for those who still want to join Wheelseye: 1. Show off as much as possible to all tech founding members. Disturb other teams by immature and illogical questioning and expose other team's services known and avoidable errors in the main tech group. Wheelseye already has a guy like this. He is a rockstar in the Tech team.

WheelsEye Technology Response

Hi - we never intended anyone to feel like a slave. We always believed that when we enjoy what we do, we start wishing for the time to stop passing by, so that we can enjoy more and more. We are really sorry for your experience. Is it possible to meet and know more about what you faced? We'll definitely like to change things and learn from our mistakes. Please advice. - Best Sonesh
