Pros

ahead of the curve and great smart people to work with. It was one of those companies that was an early adapter. There were many follow up companies trying to do the same thing and trying to undercut us. In 2006 we had sales of $75 million and we were all extremely proud of that. The sales was spread out across the country but still managed to have a great comraderie. The sales managmenet team was exemplerary. They also had a great training program where you would come to the main office for your first week and have extensive training, starting with the company history and what it meant ot the current employees.

Cons

Since it was purchased by a company from Texas, the whole life of the company evaporated. The director of HR once told me we had 100 resignations in 100 days, out of a 350 person company. That should tell you something about the way the new company was ran. They slashed benefits and fired most of the management team. The office was a fun yet productive place to work that had a strangle hold on it after the texans came up. They wanted to instill their conservative measures on the Seattle, which didn't take very well as you can imagine.

Pros

Management is lenient with your personal time. Pay seems to be on par with similar positions. Great benefits include a company vehicle, laptop, cell phone, full health, dental, vision, and 401k, and decent compensation and bonuses in addition to salary. Client support is top notch.

Cons

The product development is poor. Since being acquired by Reynolds and Reynolds, things have definitely tightened up and Who's Calling has lost its drive to be an industry leader and has shifted its focus more towards locking up clients in contracts.
