      * Excellent pay and great benefits package, lots of perks - really know how to look after staff (Literally just came back from an offsite in the Caribbean!) * Great company to work for - will push you to be the best employee you can be - I have learned so much working here * Not micro-managed, given the freedom to work on the tasks that will have the biggest impact * Culture of excellence - such a pleasure getting to work with absolute top in class people every day * Have made genuine friends, supportive team mates * Just moved into an insane new office in Brooklyn * Lunch stipend
