      Hard to compare to my last job, it was a big step forward for me.

      Pros

      Working at Unified was a big step forward for me in my career. In my last job, I was not challenged and tasks were just laid upon me like I was a slave. At Unified, you have control over many aspects and they allow constrictive criticism which is really important because we're at the front of the line and we see and know what is happening.

      Cons

      I think more improvements can be made with team meetings, rather than having 20 minute stand up meetings in the morning, we should allocate a longer meeting once a week so that we can brainstorm.

      Not your traditional marketing or SaaS company!

      Pros

      It's a fast paced company, but the process that they created really has so many advantages both for the customers and employees because they don't follow traditional methods behind digital marketing which stun business growth, but incorporated and creating programs that actually work for small businesses and deliver results in shorter periods of time. Working here is much different than any traditional marketing company. You're getting a mix of working with a start-up style environment with marketing with a mix of start-up SaaS because they're a mixture of both with their platform. Which also means, you're constantly growing, changing and evolving. If you're looking for a 9-5 that's calm and ordinary, this place is not for you! If you are looking to try new things, push your limits and learn something new every single waking hour - then apply!

      Cons

      Sometimes, you have to work holidays. You need to get over this quickly and take advantage of the double pay they give you. Most of the time, you'll get it off but it varies based on scheduling.
