Pros
Being a Start up Very transparent and without no Hierarchy. All higher echelons are approachable in the organisation. Very ethical in their practices, no place for anything that is unethical or unprofessional. The Co-Founders are young , dynamic, enterprising and open for advises and suggestions. The company pays salaries on time and has a good HR team to support the employees in every way.
Cons
Being a Stat-up, work pressure is high but this con is also an enjoyable when you are working with people with NO POLITICS! :-)
