Pros

The people you work with are nice and always ready to help you It is remote job (for some it might be bad) I liked that because I was not wasting time for going to office and so on but hybrid would be even better

Cons

0 feedback, if from the beginning they start being negative to you then it is clear sign that they want to remove or replace you. They are just not telling you what to improve or what to change in your working day to get better.Only they were speaking with me from my boss and he had 0 idea of how they work and how I work.It is just bad. The salary can be higher There training modules are not at all created perfectly and the reason I left was because I was making a lot of revision but that clearly was also their mistake. 0 meetings where we can talk for improvement,in general for the work process and just meetings where we can talk to each other. The only thing they care is the thing you recieve to be finished without a single mistake, otherwise if you are human and do mistakes just bye. and last thing is that you can't see progressing in this company or learning new stuff.

Pros

- Can be a stepping stone for fresh grads with no experience - WFH setup is available even before the pandemic

Cons

- Errors/mistakes are treated like a crime and the employee gets blamed for it instead of treating it as something to improve on. - Job scope is mostly doing busy work and skills you pick up won't really be useful outside the company. - No career growth, it's a dead end here. - Upper management are very out of touch with the employees' situations. - Doesn't give new hires proper training, which results to heavier work for more tenured teammates. - Super toxic office politics - Pay isn't worth the stress, go be stressed somewhere else who pays better

Pros

they offer full time remote work

Cons

RUN . ABUSIVE AND TOXIC CULTURE. Management WILL NOT CARE how much you contribute. I dont reccomend this for fresh grads. Noone should be subject to this type of work environment. long time employees enable and accept poor treatment from management. Management will constantly make promises to have talent stay on for longer and will not follow through. No boundaries and no work life balance. management is aware of the orgs issues but do the very least they can to adress them. High turnover of employees because of this. Limited resources for growth. HR is an absolute mess. Multiple cases about monthly govt contributions not being paid.
